Final Steps of remote Allsky

Looks like I have everything configured on the pi:

astroflats-allsky@astroflats-allsky:~/allsky $ cd ~/allsky; website/install.sh --remote

• Testing upload to remote Website.

• Uploading initial files to remote Website(s).
• The Pi portion of the Remote Allsky Website Installation is complete.

What are my next steps. If I go to website I get this:
Website: https://memphisastro.org/allsky/
ERROR: Missing configuration file 'configuration.json'. Cannot continue.

Items were going into the wrong directory on remote server, so I reset up the ftp and it worked.
