Transition Auto Stretch Amount

Perhaps I have missed it but it would be nice to either offset the time of day that the auto stretch kicks in or have it ramp the amount, similar to how gain works for a day and night value.
Currently if a time lapse starts fairly early in the evening the initial auto stretch may be too aggressive for the first hour or so.

This is a good idea. Not sure when we'll be able to implement it since there are other settings it also applies to, like white balance, cooler temperature, or any setting whose day and night values differ, and we would want a generic solution.
For something like stretch it would probably be best if it ramped up/down based on image brightness, not the start of nighttime.

Hello, just curious if there's been any thought towards adding and auto-stretch feature or screen transfer function that targets a stretched median?

Not sure exactly what you are asking - what is a "stretched median"?
You can currently stretch an image using the STRETCH settings.
You can also add a "script" module to do any kind of stretching you want.
