What happened?

ATM 10 v1.8 still ships with NoChatReports on the server side. I deleted it. On client NoChatReports doesn't exist. No matter what server you put in (even vanilla servers just to test, they will not reply back from querying. It just says pinging, forever.

Corrupt server installation plus bad configs included in server zip.
