Filtering uses internal ids rather than name

When filtering (or rotating) sequences they can be selected from a dropdown.
This dropdown contains the sequence ids (which are unique) rather than the "name" (which might not be unique).
Problem is that users may not know the internal ids as they can be auto generated so they would need the names. In case they are not unique that would still be problematic.
