Jupyter notebooks used for evaluation of correlation calculations with metacatalog_corr in the course of my master's thesis. Data is excluded and has to be requested. Data is excluded and must be requested from the author.
In order to be able to reproduce the analyses in the notebooks, you must have a local instance of metacatalog running, into which you upload the data using the upload scripts provided. You can then connect to this database instance in the notebooks.
