这个问题不能复现
同样在typecho版本 1.2 (18.1.29)
服务器smtp.qq.com，端口587，协议tls，发送成功并且收到邮件
宝塔Nginx防火墙1.0 可能会导致无法接收邮件

@Tridagger 在Pulgin.php找到【 * @dependence 17.11.15】并删除该行重启插件。
