Notifications are hidden below nav on AEM 6.5 and AEMaaCS #227

Notifications are not shown as the nav bar has more z-index than the notifications:

AEM 6.5 nav bar z-index: 10130

AEMaaCS nav bar z-index: 10010

current value of ACS-commons z-index:10000

I suggest to set z-index: 11000
or modify top: .5em; so that the notifications display below the nav bar
