Renovator does not update all references

Required Information

• AEM Version, including Service Packs, Cumulative Fix Packs, etc: AEM 6.5 SP22
• ACS AEM Commons Version: 6.10.0
• Reproducible on Latest? yes

Expected Behavior

When we use Renovator to move pages, we expect all references to be updated.

Actual Behavior

When we use Renovator to move pages, references to pages are updated. References to components, i.e. /content/sites/en/page/jcr:content/par/container, are not updated. If we move pages using AEM native functionality, references to both pages and components are updated.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a page; page1
Create a second page; page2
Create a reference from a component on page1 in page2.
Move page1, and observe that the reference is not updated on page2.
