What are the pre-requisites for installation of AGH?

Knowledgeable people,

Please clear my doubt - before I run the installation script on Linux machine - do I need to have any web server like Apache2 or Nginx installed and set up? I ran the script and installation is successful but I can't get into the management interface on neither interface.

When I run
netstat -tlpn
I see AGH running on port 3000 but at the same time it shows that it is tcp6? What the heck?
