Module not found error, no module named torch directml

my gpu is amd, also i dont really know how to using python,

anddd, i've seen this solution "C:\Users\Ema\AppData\Roaming\krita\pykrita\ai_diffusion.server\Python\Scripts\pip.exe install torch_directml" in the others, but there's nothing "pip.exe install torch_directm", i tried to click the "pip.exe", but it just pop out and then close, cant type anything
