Where is this "top-left tab/button" in http://epubeditor.access4all.ch/book/admin__tutorial/view/EPUB/xhtml/introduction.xhtml#h1_2015_02_17_14_14_34_122_1?

The button back to bookshelf is present in the editor, but not in the
viewer. Should I add a back to bookshelf button also in the viewver ?
