[PE-D][Tester B] Issue with upper bound length of name

The name has no maximum length provided in the documentation for all the commands even though they ideally should as it could throw a system-level error or allow the generation of an arbitrary, unnecessarily long name. In other words, The name must be at least 1 character long and is case-sensitive. should have something about the maximum length also.
