[PE-D][Tester E] Error message combined for date format and incorrect logic of start end loan dates

i got that error message when i used this command: linkloan 2 v/127 s/2024-03-04 r/2023-04-05

and the same error message for a different erroneous command: linkloan 2 v/127 s/2024-03 r/2024-04-05

Good that yall handled the incorrect start and end date logic but might be better to separate the error messages for the start and end date and the incorrect date format

Type is wrong(in the same manner as the other, wont count twice), not realistic to fix
