[PE-D][Tester E] Does not detect duplicate name (case-insensitive names)

Although stated in the user guide that the contact name is case-sensitive, this means that they do not have duplicate detection of contact names (no warnings shown) since 'John Lim' and 'john lim' are unlikely to be different people. Have shown in the first picture, where i was allowed to add a contact named 'person' and one named 'Person' after that (entry 7 and 8)
