[Controller Tests] for BCP-002-01 Natural Grouping and BCP-002-02 Asset Distinguishing Information

Need to add tests for BCP-002-01 Natural Grouping and BCP-002-02 Asset Distinguishing Information.

Like the equiv Node tests, could be incorporated into the basic IS-04 test suite, IS-04-03?

Tests for BCP-002-02 should allow Controllers to pass even if they only show the network "sources" and "destinations" (Sender and Receiver sub-resources of Devices) to the Users, i.e. by asking them to determine which Receiver is part of a Device manufactured by "Acme" or something!
