Chance to select dangerous number value

When mutating numbers, Lain has 10% chance to select a "dangerous number" (0, 1, max, and a few others). see https://github.com/AFLplusplus/lain/blob/main/lain/src/mutator.rs#L110
I think this value is a bit too high and generates a lot of duplicate inputs. I would argue 1% would be more than enough.
