This repository serves as a central location for automatically applied organization-wide templates, files, and guidelines. It also hosts the main README to introduce ABC on the organization homepage.
If a certain file in another repository already exists, that file will take precedence over those specified here. If those files do not exist or are removed, the files specified here will be applied automatically.
