CATextField输入文本的错误 #108

master分支最新，

同一viewController里同时使用一个CATextField和CATextView，两者的文本内容会联动。。比如在CATextField输入，失去焦点后，CATextView的文本也会发生变化。
CATextField初次获得焦点时，输入法的第一个字符不能输入，从第二个字符开始才会显示到CATextField；但Cocos2dTextInputWrapper的before/afterTextChanged日志，捕获到了第一个输入的字符，因而日志正确打印。
