[Feature Request] Page Number Handling - Android

On iOS the page number is shown below. But it doesn't show in Android. How to handle page number indicator?

@M-HARIS-97 this sounds more like a feature than a bug. It is strange that it's not there, however.

For me, this one isn't a high priority so I'm going to prioritize it behind all the other features currently filed. I'd encourage you to take a look at the codebase and have a shot at a PR if it's important for you! I can give guidance along the way.
