[CI/CD] Improve jobs name for better readability

When investigating a deployment failure, it was very hard for me to find the deployment of a specific hub I was looking for in the list.
I couldn't find a way to make the left column bigger so that I could see the actual hub name. (If there is, please tell me how :D)

Definition of Done

• The jobs name are changed from being: cluster+provider to hub+cluster+provider or something similar.
