Drop support for older node versions

Hello,

I would like to propose that the project drops the support for older node versions.
I'm particularly concerned about node-sass.
Unless there's a requirement to run the project using older node versions I think we can all benefit from having newer more secure and mature dependencies like the aforementioned node-sass.
