would be great if teasers for unauthorized pages (pages for specific users only) are not generated if user has not the rights to visit them

One solution is to add a checkbox Hide protected pages for non authorized users.
In my opinion it's not wrong to tease protected pages - if you access it you'll get an access denied anyway (or get redirected to the login page).
