let me preface this with noting that #15 mentions gLass and you answered for gRass:
I'd like to see support for layering stained glass atop textures, if possible. Combining the two textures makes a new color in I think every instance, allowing for quite a bit finer adjustments in color if your build allows for stuff being 2-thick in a particular direction.
Multiplying the amount of blocks in the selector by 16 (minimum, non-packed ice and tinted glass are a thing but a bit less usable with opacity and lighting concerns) might be a bit weird, though. You'd have to work out a naming scheme (i.e. "Stone + Red Stained Glass" so it stays in alphabetical order by base block?), and maybe have a dedicated button like "add/remove all transparent overlay options" to avoid the user having to click hundreds of times?
